Whether its catering, competition or just consuming barbecue, we're committed to making the best dang barbecue there is.  We do it old school and don't take any shortcuts to goodness.  Our pitmasters have had a life-long passion (or some might say an obsession!) for real barbecue and love to share it with family and friends at home, with judges and teammates at competitions, and with newfound friends at catered events.  So when you see our logo, you'll know that it's not just a run-of-the-mill backyard barbecue - it's a CorleyQ BBQ!
